We provide hands on or hands off healing to people of all ages and beliefs (or non beliefs). With hands off healing we work on the energy field surrounding the body. Even though no physical contact is made, patients often experience physical sensations and can feel heat or coolness from the healing energy depending on the nature of their problem and it's treatment. We treat all conditions, physical, mental or emotional with kindness and compassion.

We don't ask you what your problem is, even whether it is physical, mental or emotional. You can tell us if you wish but we don't need to know. We direct the healing energy to you and it goes to the part(s) of the body or mind where it is needed.

 Our band of healers currently consists of  June, Val, Carol, Beryl and 2 Ians, all of whom are fully qualified and registered with the Association of Holistic Healers. We have recently suffered the loss of Malcolm Warren, a valued healer and friend, who passed away in his sleep, totally unexpectedly. While he is sadly missed, we cherish memories of his warmth, humour and enthusiasm. On a brighter note, we welcome back Annie who has returned from a lengthy stay in Singapore. She is happy to offer Indian Head Massage in our healing sessions. A few of us have experience in other forms of healing. We are available for private consultation if anyone is seeking more specialised treatment. The vehicle I chose is named Ian and lives in the beautiful county of Somerset, in England. Ian wasn't chosen for his looks and this life wasn't chosen as an easy ride, though it has been no worse or more dramatic than many others. I have much to be thankful for.

I have been leading Meditation and Spiritual Awareness groups for more than 20 years. During that time, I have sat in meditation with monks, holy men and other enlightened souls in India and Thailand as well as in the UK.

I am privileged to work with and for the Light to help others to help themselves to progress up the long, steep pathway of spiritual development and evolution.

Like the other healers, I serve as a channel or conduit for the Universal Energy to provide healing for people and animals who need help. The energy or power doesn't come from me - it just comes through me. Hence the adopted name Ianstrument

The purpose of this website is to help you along your spiritual pathway. My aim is to present guidance and information that may lead you into new areas. I don't see any value in dressing things up in an airy fairy fashion or making them sound mysterious. On the contrary, I want to steer away from all the mystical mumbo jumbo and make things simple. Hopefully, visitors to this site will find it's content easy to understand and relate to. It's very much a work in progress as are we all as spiritual and human beings.
